About the Parish Council
Morville Parish Council serves the rural communities of Morville, Acton Round, Aston Eyre, Monkhopton and Upton Cressett in south-east Shropshire. As the first and most local tier of government, the Council represents the interests of people who live and work throughout the parish.
The village of Morville lies approximately three miles west of the historic market town of Bridgnorth, beside the A458 towards Much Wenlock. The wider parish is characterised by gently rolling farmland, wooded hills, country lanes and small, scattered settlements. Its landscape includes historic parkland, established woodland, hedgerows and wide views across the surrounding Shropshire countryside.
